Small Flat Die animal feed pellet making machine line

This flat die small animal feed production line belongs to small pellet machine for animal feed because of its capacity (under 800kg/h), it is applicable for making chicken feed pellets, goat feed pellets, cattle feed pellets, rabbit feed pellets, fish feed pellets, dog feed pellets, etc.

1. Small small feed mill makes 2-8 mm diameter animal feed pellets 600-800kg/h. Such as 2-4mm diameter chick feed pellets and pig feed pellets. 1.5-3mm fish feed pellet, 2-5mm rabbit feed pellet, 4-8mm cattle or sheep feed pellets. The last pellet length can be adjusted.
2. Small Gemco poultry feed production line line contains crushing, mixing, pelletizing, cooling, screening and packing pellets parts. Full line machines contain crusher, mixer, pellet machine, cooler, crumbler, screener, silos packing machine and conveyors ect. Production Flow Chart of This animal feed pellet prodction line

As shown in the above Figure, the maize and soya bean meal (store & directly feed on ground) is sucked into the Grinding Machine 101 and crushed into fine powder. Any other powder/soft materials, such as wheat bran, bone meal, microelement, vitamin, etc, which don't need to be crushed, they can directly feed into the Vertical Mixing Machine 201 from its feeding port. All materials are mixed uniformly and discharged into the hopper of Screw Conveyor 301 then feed into Temporary Storage Silo 302 by screw conveyor. By Screw Feeder 303, the mixed materials are uniformly and continuously feed into the Pellet Mill 304 then produced into feed pellets. The pellets are discharged into the hopper of Belt Conveyor 401 then feed into the Pellet Cooling Machine 403 through Air Lock 402. With the cooling process, the fresh & hot pellets are cooled, the pellet temperature is not more 5 than the room temperature. The cooled pellets are screened by the Vibrating Screen 404, then they can be packaged.
