The FA003 Disk Bale Plucker is a specialized machine designed for the spinning line blowroom process. It is equipped with sawtooth blade technology to efficiently pluck cotton and man-made fibers, ensuring uniformity in the material, facilitating the next steps in blending and cleaning.

  • Sawtooth Blade Beast: Both the A002D and FA003 are equipped with sawtooth blades arranged in three groups, from wide to close. This ensures the cotton is plucked uniformly in smaller tufts.
  • Uniform Plucking: The design of the blades facilitates even plucking, essential for the following blending and cleaning processes.
  • Versatile Application: Suitable for various grades of opened raw cotton, cotton-type man-made fibers, and medium staple fibers (up to 76mm).
  • Efficient Mixing: The plucked fibers are transported by fan air currents into the mixers, where they are evenly mixed three times before being conveyed to the next stage by air currents.
