Packaging Film:

 

Various heat-sealing film materials can be used in the machine.

 

Pump Water Pipe:

 

Quantitative extraction. Connect with filter head, filter the impurity in the liquid.

 

Feeder:

 

Liquid come out from it, the weight of each bag is controlled by pumping time.

 

Former:

 

The size of the former can be customized. It determines the width of final product.

 

Vertical Heat-seal:

 

Heat seal the side of the pouch automatically. Temperature can be adjusted according to different materials.

 

Horizontal Heat-seal:

 

Heat seal the top and bottom side of the pouch automatically. Temperature can be adjusted according to different materials. Then cut pouches one by one.

 

Output:

 

The whole machine is made of stainless steel. Food grade, smooth and durable.

Control Panel:

 

Adjust the volume of the liquid and the length of pouch. Control the temperature of sealing according to differernt packaging film. Automatic and accurate.
