Product Description: The Hydraulic Lift Electric Drilling Rig is a newly designed, high-efficiency, portable drilling machine that combines light weight, economy, and practicality. Manufactured for versatility, it offers:

This rig is simple to operate, quick to drill, and can be managed by a single operator, drilling about 10 meters per hour. For a well drilled to 100 meters, the average time for drill pipe disassembly is just 10 minutes. After the drilling operation, the machine can be moved by one person.

Daily Maintenance:

  1. The motor part must be protected from rain and splashes.
  2. Avoid touching motor wire connectors with electricity.
  3. Regularly check wire rope replacement.
  4. Check oil pipe connections for leaks and monitor oil levels.
  5. Lubricate the drill pipe wire head and place it in a rain shelter to prevent rust.
  6. Do not overload the motor for prolonged periods.
  7. Inspect circuits and transformer fuses if the motor fails to operate.
  8. Never apply continuous pressure when the cylinder reaches the end position of the stroke.
  9. Drain water from the water injector and pump when not in use, and store separately.
