MAGNETITE ORE FLOW CHART
Magnetic separation is one of the most widely used and mature mineral processing techniques. It is mainly used for fine ferromagnetism mineral dry,wet separation.Hematite,limontie smaller than 3 mm in wet way. it is also used to separate iron incoal, nonmetallic ore, construction industry,etc.
Magnetic separation machines play an important role in this process. The process has been broken, ground, graded, separated and processed into fine powder.
This process is designed according to the standard process, We can be optimized according to the customer's annual output and requirements.
GOLD ORE FLOW CHART/FLOTATION BENEFICIATION PLANT
Process Description:
The flotation is widely used in mineral dressing. According to statistics, more than 90 % of non-ferrous metals are flotation processes. In addition, it is also used for the processing of black metals, precious metals, and non-metallic minerals, and even in the field of water purification in recent years.
It mainly contains four part of the beneficiation area. The crushing stage, the grinding and separating stage, and the mixing and flotation stage, filtering and drying.
The crushing stage:
PE series crusher to crush the run-ore into small block, working at 8-10 hours one day. The crushed material is transported by belt conveyor to next stage, usually the ore store in storage for grinding. We hold the more crush less grinding to prolong the service time of the Ball mill. Also the capacity will extend the design ability.
The grinding and separating stage:
The Ball mill’s working atmosphere is wet, the water and crushed material will be grinded in the Ball mill, the spiral classifier with Ball mill makes a closed circuit, after spiral classifier’s classifying, the relatively big granularity will flow back to Ball mill, and standard size (120 mesh) will go to agitation tank and flotation machine for separating. This stage works for 24 hours in three shifts. The spiral classifier can be replaced by cyclone. The spiral classifier is more durable.
The mixing and flotation stage:
The slurry after treatment will go to the flotation machine for further separating. The slurry flow to the agitation tank to mix the chemicals and the in the flotation machine, the metal will attach on the bubbles, and bring by the scraper. It works for 24 hours in three shifts.
The filtering and drying stage:
After flotation machine, the concentrate slurry send to the thickener, and then the filter.After filter the moisture is about 30%, and then use the rotary dryer to remove the moisture.
CIL GOLD ORE FLOW CHART
Process Description:
By cyaniding and carbon leaching crushed gold ore slurry simultaneously, CIL process lowers the gold mining operation cost and increases gold recovery rate to a degree of 99%. It is the first choice of modern gold mining and gold beneficiation plant.CIL mainly applies for the process of above 1g/t grade gold ore and gold ore with large bearing ore volume: silver,platinum, copper, etc.
Leaching and Cyanidation: After the crushing and grinding stage, add 9 step-arranged high-efficiency cyanidation leaching tanks into the pulp. Gold pulp cyanidation is carried on the first two leaching tanks, countercurrent adsorption operation is carried on the last six or seven leaching tanks (cyanidation and adding activated carbon simultaneously). Carbon Desorption: In the adding activated carbon step, add the coconut shell activated carbon (small hole, high activity, wear-resisting and renewable) specially selected by mineral processing design institute into the pulp, which can dissolve and adsorb the gold and silver ions then form the gold loaded carbon according to the characteristics of gold and silver adsorption. Carbon Treatment: Vibrating screen and dewatering screen are the key equipment for the reverse movement of pulp and carbon. The air lifter used in the agitation process can make the slurry carry on a small minor cycle. Air lifter which is important equipment in a modern cyanide plant. Desorption Electrolysis: Implements high-temperature desorption electrolysis on gold in the gold-loaded carbon through the mixed liquor of sodium cyanide and sodium hydroxide. Finally, with the desorption electrolysis system, solid gold with high purity can be obtained safely and economically.
CHROMITE ORE FLOW CHART
Process Description:
Chrome ore deposits are mined by both underground and surface techniques. most chrome ore must be processed by the chrome ore processing plants. the mainly chrome ore beneficiation method is gravity separation.
1.Large raw chrome ore for primary crushing are fed into the jaw crusher by Plate feeder and are reduced to 8 inches or smaller.After first crushing, the material will transferred to cone crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crushing; the crushed chrome ore stone will then transferred to vibrating screen for classifying. After classifying, the parts whose size below the mesh size will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will return to cone crusher, thus forming a closed circuit.Size of final products can be combined and graded according to your specific requirement. 2.The smaller crushed chrome ore is fed to ball mill for grinding. Inside the ball mill, the crushed chrome ore will grind the ore to about 0.2 mm with 3-inch steel balls. 3. Screened products are transported to the jig for rough separation and to three concentrating tables for fine separation. Then,tailings are delivered into the jig in the next stage for screening for 4 times like this. All tailings in the concentrating table are sent to tailings reservoir after tailings dry stacking.
