The Cold & Hot Pressing Machine is a semi-automatic oil extraction unit designed to press oil from a wide variety of seeds and nuts (e.g., flax seed, soybean, rapeseed, sesame, almond, walnut, peanut, coconut, olive, palm). It is suitable for small and medium-scale oil production.
The machine can handle up to 15 kg of raw material per hour, making it suitable for small to medium throughput needs.
Cold pressing extracts oil at lower temperatures to better preserve flavor and nutrients; hot pressing uses heat to increase extraction yield. This model supports both cold and hot pressing processes—follow the user manual for recommended preheating or seed treatment procedures for hot pressing.
The machine can extract just over 1,500 ml (about 1.5 liters) of oil per batch under typical conditions. Actual yield depends on seed type, moisture content, and pretreatment.
Semi-automatic means the machine automates the pressing process (motor-driven screw press) while requiring manual steps such as loading seeds, starting/stopping the unit, and removing pressed cake and cleaning.
The unit is powered by an 1800W motor and operates at approximately 60 RPM for efficient pressing.
Key contact components and exterior parts are made from durable stainless steel for longevity, easy cleaning, and food safety.
Machine dimensions are 50 cm x 19 cm x 29 cm. Net weight is 14 kg. Packaging dimensions are 59.5 cm x 27.5 cm x 37.5 cm.
The machine supports 110V–220V. Ensure you use the correct plug/adaptor and a suitable circuit for the 1800W motor; local electrical standards and grounding should be observed.
It can process a wide range including flax seed, soybean, rapeseed, sesame, almond, walnut, peanut, coconut, olive, and palm. Some materials (e.g., peanuts with shells, coconut, or hard seeds) may require shelling, peeling, cutting or pre-processing for best results.
Pre-treatment (drying, roasting, heating) can improve oil yield depending on seed type. For cold pressing, avoid high temperatures; for hot pressing some heating or roasting is often recommended. Follow the machine manual or supplier guidance for specific seed types.
Because it is stainless steel, wipe surfaces after use, disassemble removable parts and clean with warm water and mild detergent, then dry thoroughly. Do not immerse the motor or electrical components. Periodically check fasteners, remove accumulated cake, and follow any lubrication schedule in the manual.
Always turn off and unplug the machine before cleaning or maintenance. Avoid contact with moving or heated parts, use protective gloves when handling hot components, keep the machine on a stable surface, and follow all instructions in the user manual.
