The way it works is simple:

1. The consumer walks up to the claw machine2. The touch-screen prompts the user on what they need to do (e.g., “Touch Here to Begin”)3. The user follows the instructions on the touch-screen (social posting, data collection, etc.)4. Once the consumer completes the engagement, the screen changes to “Thanks for participating, now take your chance at the Claw!” and the claw is activated for the consumer to have one chance to “grab” their prize from the machine.

On-site requirements:

The claw machines ideally must be placed indoors. They can be outdoors, but must be under building overhangs, tents, or existing structures. They cannot be exposed to the direct elements of nature (wind, rain, snow, sunlight, etc.) The claw machines are plug-and-play and simply require a standard 110V electric outlet and internet connectivity of some type (hardline/Wi-Fi/mobile hotspot.)
