Product Description
Corn puff snacks making machine is traditional food snacks extruding production machine, during the past 20 years, we have developed and updated it many times, ensure its excellent mechanical quality and perfect technical performance until now.
It is called corn puff snacks, but most of grains can be used as its materials, so as to decrease the production cost for different market and also increase its taste and nutrients from these grains.
Its working process includes mixing, extruding, drying, flavoring and packing. Between these process, we will use some conveyors so as to make them full automatic and continuous.

Machine Details
Option 1:
This model puff snack process line capacity is 200-250kg per hour, it suitable for new
customer who want to invest food industry. This process line is full automatic and easy to operation
Option 2:
This process line is big model for puff snack food, it use our FT series extruder, which
with high standard spare parts. It can produce more product in one process line and have widely application in snack industry.
Extrusion System:
Control panel：PLC Touch screen, Max. 24 recipes memory.
Barrel：Much Longer Using Life of Excellent Modular Screws and Square Barrels.
Screw：FT Series uses the Modular Circular Groove Screws.Multi-functions for different Snacks.
Baking machine：
Belt: use SS304material, ensure food hygiene and food safety.
Transmission,: The bearing seat of transmission is out of the heating area, will have longer lifetime.
Material: the cover material use stainless steel material, and have heat-protection layer.
Puff snack process line
For puff snack process line, this process line also can add some other matched machine to
produce corn flakes and breakfast cereal. So if you consider increase product in your factory in the future, it is best choice for you.
