It is a versatile and efficient solution for construction and industrial applications, ensuring high productivity and quality results.

  • Spray Gun Rotation: The spray gun is connected to the feeding tube with a rotatable feature, providing ease of operation.

  • Sealant Sleeve: Made of black rubber, resistant to wear and corrosion. Includes a protective umbrella for enhanced durability.
  • Material Saving: Easy to use and reduces material wastage. Requires only three people to operate, capable of covering up to 200 square meters per hour (1.5-2cm thickness).
  • Labor Saving: Capable of spraying 1,000 square meters per day with just 3 operators, replacing 20 skilled workers. This enhances project timelines and increases profitability.

How to Use:

  1. Motor Check: Ensure the spiral rotation direction is correct after powering on. Reverse the power phase if needed.
  2. Pre-Cleaning: Add 5L clean water to the hopper to clean the pump and hose before using cement or other materials.
  3. Spraying: Add the desired material (cement mortar, paint, etc.) into the hopper and begin spraying after starting the air compressor and opening the air valve.
  4. No Dry Running: Never run the machine without material or water in the hopper.
  5. Cleaning: After use, drain remaining material and clean the hopper with clean water.
