Cattle crush 1 is especially designed for cows with long horns as it possesses a front gate consisting of dual yokes
with a chain, which open sideways, between which cow’s head is blocked. It has a heavy duty main frame and antislippery steel tread plate floor. All parts of our crush are hot dipped galvanized for maximum corrosion resistance and
long life durability. The cattle crush is designed to allow complete and safe access to the animal's flanks for all tasks,
leaving the animal immobile at the same time. It possesses foot trimming equipment including adjustable double belly
support straps, a worm gear by means of which a cow is lifted from the ground and front and back winches. These
winches possess German made ratchet cranks which enable stable, rigid and safe hoof trimming positions. Standard
cattle crush KPB 1 has one front winch, which can be unscrewed to move it to other side or it can be equipped with two
adjustable and moveable to the sides front winches at extra cost. The back gate is equipped with a specially designed
dung plate to assist in a clean work environment. Our crush can be easily moved using a back tractor linkage or pallet
forks from the side. It can also be easily transportable manually thanks to a set of wheels, an axis and a drawbar, which
can be purchased at extra cost
