Product details

Coal mine hydraulic station is an important equipment in underground coal mine, which is mainly used to provide power and control signals required by underground mechanical equipment. Its working principle is to transport high-pressure liquid through pipelines to various mechanical equipment underground, and convert liquid energy into mechanical energy through actuator components such as hydraulic cylinder and hydraulic motor, so as to realize the control of mechanical equipment. The hydraulic station is usually composed of fuel tank, oil pump, motor, valve group, instrument and pipeline. The tank is a container for storing liquid, and the bottom of the tank is provided with an oil suction filter and a return oil filter to ensure the cleanliness of the liquid. The oil pump is responsible for pumping the low pressure liquid into and raising it to the high pressure state to supply the underground machinery and equipment. The motor provides driving force for the oil pump, and its power is determined according to actual needs. The valve group is one of the most critical parts of the control system, which can be operated on and off and adjusted according to the needs, so as to realize the control of the underground mechanical equipment
