PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

The newly developed N-color control device can be used to weave N colors into single or double boards.
2. Large-capacity memory
It can store and memorize the designed large and complex patterns, with a maximum storage of N spindles/X indentations. The N-color patterns with more than one color can store a maximum of N spindles/X indentations.
3. Magnetic card input system
Take the designed pattern off the PPD-35 and insert it into the card holder of the CK35 knitting machine. Through simple operation, the pattern designed in the magnetic card can be quickly input into the knitting machine.
4. Automatic safe operation mode of electric motor
The electric motor controlled by the computer also has the following safe operation modes; A. Breaking and stopping mode: During the knitting process, when the wool thread suddenly breaks, the machine head immediately stops the operation mechanism, B. Overload automatic stop: During the knitting process, if the operation is blocked due to wool thread winding or horse bending, damage, etc., the load is too heavy, and the number of rows knitted is automatically memorized. Stop, and automatically memorize the number of rows knitted.
5. The weaving width can be changed at will, which is quick and convenient.
