Introduction:

 

Vacuum emulsification system consists of a main tank (tank lid can be lifted up and tank itself can be rotated.) water tank, oil tank, mixer with scraper, vacuum system, electric heating or steam heating control system.

1. All reaction is operated under a sealed condition to prevent dust/microorganism contamination

 

2. Electric heating rod to heat the tank, automatic heating control;

 

3. With a cooling jacket for tank cooling. Easy operation. The jacket is wrapped by an insulation layer
