How It Works
The structure of the machine mainly includes frame, casing, power system, hydraulic system, electrical system and rotating material box driven by the material box drive device, rotating rotor driven by the rotor drive device, the rotor is located below the rotating material box, and the center of the feeding port and the feeding hopper are relatively biased.When the disc crusher is working, the rotor is driven by the motor to rotate, and at the same time the feeding hopper is also driven by the motor to rotate slowly, and the material is put into the hopper by the grabber, in the process of hopper rotation, the plucking teeth on the inner wall will evenly dial the material to the rotor, the rotating rotor touches the material through the cutting and tearing of the blade on the rotor to achieve the preliminary crushing of the material, and the material that has been initially crushed falls on the screen in the crushing cavity under the action of its own gravity and rotor impact force, The materials that meet the requirements will be discharged through the screen, while those that do not meet the requirements will undergo secondary or even tertiary crushing processes in the crushing chamber until the screening conditions are met.
