1-The function is to compress sawdust with 15-20% moisture into pellet with <10% moisture. 

2-The materials can be shavings / sawdust / powder of wood , coconuts shell , palm shell , EFB , straw, peanut shell , husk , grass, alfalfa, sugarcane bagasse, animal dropping.....etc materials 

3-The anti-arching variable-frequency feeder, inside have double rotating screw, guarantee smooth flow of materials into pelletizer, and to guarantee pelletizer running stable without empty or overload running.

4-Side force feeder ensures that enough materials with poor fluidity are forced pressed into the ring die and ensures hourly production capacity.

8-Compared with other types of pelletizer, it has a safety pin device, which can protect the shaft and gears if stones, iron, and large wood chips fall into the pelletizer. Without safety pins, shafts and gears are more susceptible to damage.
