Automatic cup filling and sealing machine, are automatic high-speed sealing machine, from the cup drop, filling, film, coding, twice sealing, out of the cup are fully automatic operation. It is suitable for filling and sealing of liquid or paste and powder of various shapes of plastic cup boxes. For example: grains, jelly, yogurt, ice cream, juice, condiments, sauces, soy milk, coffee powder, soy milk powder, sour plum soup, soy milk and so on.
Basic function: four hole single row aluminum alloy acid resistant aluminum mold
Basic process: automatic cup drop - automatic adding of fruit grains - 1 meter space reserved - automatic filling - 1 meter space reserved - automatic coding - automatic film calibration - automatic hot press sealing - automatic film cutting - automatic cup discharge
Equipment basic structure:
Aluminum plate part: aluminum alloy acid-resistant aluminum mold, with no deformation, corrosion resistance.
Frame part: made of high quality 304 stainless steel welding, contact ground equipped with strong bolts.
Transmission system: motor, reducer, CAM divider, template, transmission chain, etc.
Cup dropping system: by the frame, slide rail, cup storage bin, push cup cylinder, etc., by the template stops when the signal is sent to synchronize the control action.
Filling system:
1. The storage cylinder is 304 stainless steel material.
2. The filling adopts piston non-contact filling and the filling amount can be adjusted freely.

Coding system: automatic ribbon coding (constant temperature control) adjustable, can quickly change the code, easy to load and unload.
Film calibration system: photoelectric eye tracking automatically corrects film pattern and cup mouth alignment.
Sealing system: The use of constant temperature (intelligent temperature control) hot pressure sealing, sealing mouth for
aluminum, good thermal conductivity, solid. Film cutting mechanism: cold punching.
Discharge cup system: mechanical guide way out cup.
