Combine Rice Milling Machine  

The Rice Mill Machine is a complete set rice processing equipment, which includes cleaning, destoner, husking, paddy separating and milling sections.You can get edible rice from paddy only with it.the capacity can up to 1200 kg per hour. It is the best choice for you to start a small scale rice milling plant. It can work with rice polishing,color sorter automatic packing machines to be a whole line. Also can process parboiled rice.The output is 1000-1200 kg rice per hour, input 1400-1700 kg paddy per hour.

Product Description

1. Put the paddy into the feed hopper

2. The elevator will transport the paddy from the feed hopper to de-stoner

3.The paddy is transported to de-stoner by the pipe

4. Remove the light grass,dust and others from paddy

5. Remove the stones from the paddy.

6. The cleaned paddy will be out from the outlet.

7. The cleaned paddy will be transported to the bottom of double elevator

8. The one side of double elevator will transport the cleaned paddy to husker.

9. The another side of double elevator will transport the brown rice to paddy separator

10. The 100% brown rice is transported to polisher/ mill area.

11. The 80% brown rice and 20% paddy can be transported to the paddy separator again.

12 The 80% paddy and 20% brown rice can be transported to husker

13. After polishing/ milling, the white rice can be out from the outlet

14. The baffle block brown rice into the rice chamber, you can get the brown rice from the outlet

15. End of the processing work. Open the top of pipe baffle. thus, all the brown rice and paddy enter into the rice husk has been shelled , then the brown rice deliver to polishing/ milling directly. you can finish the processing work and there is no remaining rice in the machine.
