Conveyor Belt Sorting Machine

The equipment is suitable for the inspection and selection of round fruits and vegetables. It is composed of a frame, a closed chain drive device, a bearing device and a roller track installed in the middle. Roller is stainless steel mirror tube, track is food grade plastic and rubber, all in line with food hygiene standards.
When working, the deceleration motor drives the drive shaft through the chain drive device, which drives the transmission sprocket installed on the drive shaft, the transmission chain and the roller operation, the fruit on the roller from the drive shaft end to the driven roller end movement.
At the same time, the roller moves on the frame due to the action of dead weight and rail friction. This allows raw materials to roll 360 degrees on the roller, and staff standing on both sides can observe the fruit and vegetable and detect unqualified fruit.
