Glass Breaking Table

*Manual operating on X and Y axes by using cutting bridge and head.

 

*Hydraulic system helps on getting table vertically for safety and easily loading glass sheet.

*Air cushion system provides easily move glass sheet on table by hands

*Cutted glass pieces can be separated by pneumatic breaking bars.

*Operation of cutting bridge and head by

trigger belt system

Equipment advantage:
 

 

1. This machine working surface is equipped with air floating blower system for easy handing and shifting movement of the glass.

 

 

2. With hydraulically operated tilting table for stable and smooth ascending and descending motion and had pinions for catching the glass to ensure safety during loading of glass.

3. The pneumatically controlled X and Y glass breaking bars can be activated by individual foot pedal switch to control each work position and section for large size cutting.
