1. Machine Application:

This unit of ice cream sandwich machine is designed to produce various  of ice cream, including shapes of rectangle, square and round. The whole unit runs synchronously with biscuit dispenser, transmission system, extrusion unit and finished product ejector. With digital control system, the biscuits placed on the conveyor precisely and transmitted stably. This unit offers choice to connecting to the continuous freezer, the storage tank consisting of two wafer feeders located at the left and right sides,and the products output mechanism.

  2. Working speed adjusted by frequency conversion motor
  3. All functions controlled by PLC.
  4. Made of stainless steel to meet food hygiene.
