Product Description

Butane gas/LPG gas refilling machine consists of three units: vacuuming(pneumatic vacuum generator) + crimping + one or two gas fillers. We could design them in one working table or two separate working tables, double aeration system is optional to improve efficiency.
Butane gas refilling equipment is pneumatic, using the compressed air as power, no electricity, safe, reliable, and widely used for filling butane gas cartridge alp cooker, cassette gas and mini cooker filling .

We design 1 vacuum and 1 crimping on one table , the 2 gases fillers in one table.  For our experience, the vacuum and crimp speed will faster than gas filler, “double gas filling system” can improve the production rate.

Product Application

This machine is dedicated to fill various kinds of cassette can, refrigerant can and altitude gas can, widely used in catering, hotel and outdoor travel, etc. Butane gas refilling equipment has small-occupied area and simple operation, belongs to economical aerosol production equipment.And a water-bath leak detector is optional to ensure safety.
