SWM- MSY50 Stripping Machine
This machine was wide used for the recycling industry of waste resources. It’s function was to separate the insulation layer of cable from the conductor to recycle the copper, aluminum, plastic and rubber etc which were convenient for the recycling. * Protection part: It’s made of protection cover of pulley; protection cover of transmission axis, protection cover of discharge port and so on, mainly protected the operator, so that the accident happened when the machine was running.
* Adjustment part: It’s made of left and right adjustment device, up and down adjustment device.
* Up adjustment device: it’s made of following component (as pic)
* Main function: screw down or loosen T type handle to adjust the pressure of spring to bearing pedestal.
* Back T type handle: to adjust the prompt space between axis 1 and axis 2.
① if when stripping wire, the insulation layer ofcable wasn’t cut enough deep, operator should screw the “back T type handle” down, if when it’s adjusted to the biggest pressure and it wasn’t enough deep, user should use smaller feed port to strip wire.
② When stripping the cable whose diameter was bigger and the difficulty appeared and the conductor was cut, user should properly loosen “back T type handle” to strip wire normally.
* Front T type handle: it’s used to adjust the proper space between axis 3 and axi4 to achieve the effect of one-off stripping through grinding or secondary stripping. When the crusta was pasting the grinding wheel, user should loosen the front T type handle properly.
* If user found that the blade deviated the straight line when stripping, please adjust the device according to the 1.6.2.9 of
operation manual.
* Wing nuts: when T type adjustment handle adjusted the normal stripping, user should screw down the Wing nuts.
* The bottom adjustment bottom was made of the following accessories as pic. ”Front bottom T type handle” adjusted axis 3 and axis 4, “back bottom T type handle” adjusted axis 1 and axis 2. The main functions were that through screwing down or loosening “T type handle”, so as to assist “up adjustment device” to meet the cutting deep of blade to cable. As to the usage, please refer to “up adjustment device” of operation manual. The use of M8 nut was to screw down M8 nut when “T type handle” was adjusted the normal stripping.
* Left and right adjustment device was mainly made of following accessories as pic.
Main function: adjust bolt and make the blade center at axis 1 and axis 4 and the corresponding rabbet center at the axis 2 and axis 3 align. When the center deviated and the blade didn’t cut in straight line along with the center of cable, the breach will appear. To adjust M8 nut to fix the left and right position of axis, after adjusting well.
* Feed port: The feed port was made of following parts as pic. The main function was to guide cable into the machine to strip, when stripping, select the relevant feed port according to the diameter of processed cable (the feed range referred to pic). If there were many feed ports to be selected, the trial processing should be done according to the turn from big bore diameter to small.
* Note: The cable including the joint and plug should be removed, or else it would affect the stripping effect and damage the machine.
* Stripping part: It mainly was made of axis (1) including the blade, transport axis (2), axis (3) including the blade, transport axis (4) and other parts. The main function was to strip the cable.
* Transmission part: It was made of secondary sheave assembly, pulley and chain wheel. The use was power transmission.
* The tightness adjustment of motor belt: The installation position of motor of machine rack was welded by the angle iron and was equipped; and the bolt fixed the motor. When the motor belt was loosened and dropped, loosen the fixed bolt of motor and move the motor till the tightness of belt was proper, screw down the fixed bolt of motor. The tightness of belt between transmission axis and main axis: there was equipped with a rabbet which was fixed by bolt at the joint of transmission axis and machine rack; the adjustment method is same as motor belt’s.
* Electric control part: The electric control part was made of electromotor, switch, power line, plug and other parts.
* The power supply of this machine: AC220V / 50Hz, use the middle line N. User must use the guard wire PE.
