It is a tractor-mounted boom sprayer available with 500 L or 800 L polyethylene tanks (other capacities from 400–1200 L are offered). It mounts on the tractor 3-point linkage and uses a boom with multiple nozzles for efficient field spraying.
Tank capacities range from 400 L to 1200 L. Common models include 400 L, 500 L, 600 L, 800 L and 1000 L. You can choose the model that matches your field size, spray volume needs and tractor capacity.
The sprayer is designed for 3-point linkage tractors. Models are available to fit Category 1 (smaller tractors) and Category 2 (larger tractors) hitches. A PTO shaft is required for the pump drive.
Required tractor power typically ranges from about 40–60 HP depending on model. Smaller tanks (e.g., 400 L) typically pair with ~40 HP tractors; mid-size models with ~50 HP; larger models with ~60 HP. Check the product parameters for precise matching.
Spraying width depends on model and boom configuration. Horizontal ranges shown in the spec sheet include approximately 8–12 m; some configurations provide total working widths up to 24 m. Choose the boom size based on your row spacing and target coverage.
The sprayer uses a branded diaphragm pump (options with 3/4/6 cylinders). Rated flow ranges roughly 60–80 L/min for smaller models and 80–100 L/min for larger units. Working pressure is typically 0.8–1.0 MPa.
Tanks are polyethylene. Boom pipes are stainless steel (1.5 mm thickness). Frame, blower and other iron components are spray-painted. Manifold and strainers are available in plastic or alloy materials.
The sprayer is fitted with plastic nozzles and offers three-head transfer nozzle options. Booms are stainless steel with multiple nozzles spaced along the arms. Specialized nozzles can be fitted depending on application (herbicide, insecticide, fertilizer).
Yes. Tanks include hydraulic jet agitation and an in-tank chemical mixer option to keep solutions well mixed. A large, easy-to-access suction strainer and an internal jet agitator are included in some configurations.
The unit includes self-cleaning pressure line strainers and a large suction strainer. Hinged tank lids have strainer baskets to prevent debris entering the pump and nozzles.
Mount to the tractor via the 3-point linkage (Category 1 or 2 depending on unit). Connect the pump to the tractor PTO shaft (a standard PTO shaft with cover is supplied). Secure all linkage pins, connect suction line and prime the pump before operation.
Safety features include a PTO shaft cover, hinged lids with strainer baskets, external tank level sight gauge, and the option of a clean water hand-wash/safety tank. Always follow PTO and chemical handling safety procedures.
After each use flush the tank, lines and nozzles with clean water (use the wash tank if fitted). Clean suction and pressure strainers regularly, inspect seals and hoses for wear, check boom pipes for leaks, lubricate PTO shaft and winterize/drain before cold storage.
Yes. Options include different diaphragm pump cylinder counts (3/4/6), water manifolds in plastic or alloy, ground auxiliary wheels for transport, wash tanks, various nozzle types and PTO shaft configurations. Contact the supplier for custom options.
