1.Brief description raw material for the shredder machine

Main Features and advantages of the shredder machine:
(1) Environmentally-friendly and silent design, the noise within the range of 1 meter around the machine is less than the first 100dbc.

Industrial cardboard shredder is to cut and shred the materials through the relative rotating of the two sets of cutter shaft, the mutual shearing among the blades of moving knives & the cutter heads and the distance sleeves. The outlet-material control of double-shaft shredder is adopted the network design, the width and length of outlet-material is determined on the width of the cutter, and the distance of cutter heads. Two groups of cutter shaft is rotating on different speed which lead to the shearing and shredding materials simultaneously,it improves the efficiency of shredding.

1. Step-shearing style cutter can resolve the force bored by cuttings, and increase the force of cutting greatly. Blade quality have 9CrSi, C12MoV, SKD- II, D2 etc. Can be customized according to customer.
2. The crushing room use noise arrester, to lower noise. Crushing room materials is high quality steel, rigid reasonable and durable.
3. Lockable screen support frame: Robust frame to support the screen maintains the screen shape and avoids damage to the screen. Convenient screen replacement.
4. The aperture of the mesh is able to control the size of the output material. Special screen can be designed according to the type of your raw materials.
