Features:
1 High speed: 120 pieces can be cut per minute(take 50mm length as an example)
2. High preision each cut is monitored by a stepping motor to ensure the high accuracy of each operation
3. The cutting surface is flat: the blade is made of imported high-uality steel, and the service life is long
4. Automatic operation: Just set the cutting length and quantity you need, and the rest of the work is automatically completed. Once the material is used up, it will automatically stop working
5. Compensation function: Just input the actual cut out size value to accurately cut out the length set by the system
6. Fault self- check: The cutter sensor is fautly and there is material supply. Once a fault occurs, the system will automatica display it on the screen
7. Memory function: before the switch is turned off, the cut length, cut quantity and cut speed of the set value are automatically stored
8. Color code sensor: photoelectric sensor can accurately capture the cut-off line, so as to accurately control the effective length of each cut(optional)
