Main technical data and configuration

1. Φ80mm extruder

 Frame: A3 armor plate and channel steel welded

Reducer casing: copy the Italia 146 model. (A. Square Gear case foundry, annealed, material  B. Gear surface processed by high frequency quench and whet precisely, noise index lower than 75db, machine oil centrifugal lubrication)

Screw: one Φ80mm, L/D 12:1, applicable to silicon rubber production, material, hardness, nitridation , chrome plate on the surface. Rotation speed 10-50rpm, silicon output: max 60kg/h

   Cylinder: Connect from gear box, water cooling circulation, inner material , hardness , nitridation , outer material made of #45 steel   

   Cooling: water circulation cooling   

Mainframe driven: 20HP Dongguan motor and Huayuan frequency converter.

Feeder: pressure structure, double roller’s moving make feeder automatic.

Crosshead: made by 40Cr, thermal refining HB260-280, surface chrome plated.

Extruder support: A3 armor plate and channel steel welded
