Production Process

We are a fep film, nfep film and etfe film production plant from Suzhou City, Jiangsu
Province, China. We have two Teflon film casting production lines, which can produce
a thickness of 0.03mm- 0.2mm thick film, with an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons.
In addition, we have a thousand-level dust-free processing workshop, which can process any
specifications and sizes required by customers.

a: Conventional thickness: 0.05mm 0.1mm 0.15mm 0.2mm
b: Parent roll specification: 1.25m*100m,1.18m*100m
Any width coil cutting customization
c: Regular size of sheet: 200mm*140mm, 200mm*260mm,260mm*175mm 200mm*280mm,200mm*300mm

Factory Exhibition

 

  • Shipping Timeframes: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). After your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is before 22 Jan, 2025, depending on customs, Please note that due to high demand, some items may experience longer shipping times, which will be communicated at order confirmation email.

  • Returns and Exchanges: We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
