500LPH 2 stage high pressure Homogenizer

The machine consists of homogenization system, transmission system, lubrication cooling system and frame. in working, through the reciprocating motion of the plunger, the single-valve core and valve seat of the pump opens and closes, and form high pressure liquid flow inside. when passing through the tiny gap between the homogenization valve, the high pressure liquid flow receive the action of composite force of high speed impact, grinding, shear, hole and turbulence flow, etc. and realize the fine emulsification and crushing efficacy.

1. The machine has graceful exterior, it adopts stainless steel wiredrawing plate technology for shell building, which has reached pharmaceutical GMP authentication standard. 

2. Pressure control adopts two-stage mechanical pressure regulating. easy to regulate, safe and reliable. 

3. Drive system The machine consists of horizontal type and vertical type. The drive system is composed of one-stage belt type and two-stage type with special speed reduction driving adopted three-plunger and multi-plunger respectively. Dynamic lubrication device consists of pressure oil pump lubricating system and auto-splash lubrication. Driving system cranked axle is made of antifriction ball alloy cast iron under precision work, at the same time ,on the surface of cranked axle adopts international advances laser external quenching process, the surface hardness is HRC55-60,due to netting thread formed, good lubricating status shall be improved enormously and kept, thus, useful life shall be extended 

4. Made of high-quality stainless steel forged, the pump adopts straight type tee joint structure, which can prevent internal stress from being accumulated, as well as avoid crazing.
