The nominal batch capacity is 500 kg (depends on material bulk density). For best mixing performance we typically recommend filling the mixer to about 50–70% of its total volume—contact us with your material bulk density for an exact usable volume.
The machine is constructed entirely from SUS304 stainless steel, suitable for food processing applications and offering good corrosion resistance and cleanability.
Yes. The SUS304 construction, smooth U‑shape tank bottom, arc discharge valve and sealed top lid are designed for food processing. Additional hygienic finishes and certifications (GMP, 3-A) can be provided on request.
The double ribbon agitator produces both inward and outward material flow—outer ribbon moves material toward ends and inner ribbon moves it toward the center—resulting in fast, uniform mixing suitable for powders and powder/solid blends.
Mixing time depends on material properties and fill level; most formulations reach homogeneity in about 5–15 minutes. We recommend running trials with your product to determine the exact cycle.
The ribbon shaft is driven by a gearbox and motor. Bearings are located at both ends to reduce material ingress and extend life. Regular maintenance includes gearbox oil checks, bearing inspections, and seal checks—simple and low-maintenance design.
It uses a centrally located flap/dome discharge valve (pneumatic or manual) with an arc design to prevent material build-up. The U‑shaped tank bottom and valve design provide efficient, near-complete discharge and easy cleaning.
Yes. The discharge valve can be supplied with pneumatic actuation or a manual handle according to your preference and process requirements.
The U‑shaped bottom, smooth SUS304 interior and arc valve minimize dead zones and facilitate cleaning. Clean-in-place (CIP) systems or spray balls can be integrated on request; otherwise the design allows straightforward manual cleaning and inspection.
Standard features include a tight top lid with a protective fence, shaft bearings positioned to limit material ingress, and a valve designed to avoid residue. Food-grade gasket and sealing options, and hygienic shaft seals, can be supplied if required.
Motor size depends on batch weight and material characteristics. We commonly supply three-phase motors for industrial voltages (e.g., 380–415 V) and can provide other voltages or explosion-proof motors on request. Contact us with your local supply and material details for exact sizing.
Yes. We can customize tank volume, ribbon geometry, surface finish (polished, electropolished), control panels (manual, PLC, timed cycles), CIP, and safety/interlock options to match your process requirements.
We can supply material certificates for SUS304, QC inspection reports, welding and NDT documentation on request. Food hygiene certifications (GMP/3-A) and conformity documents (CE) can be provided where applicable—please request at order stage.
The mixer is floor-mounted and should be installed on a level, load-bearing surface with sufficient clearance for the lid, feed and discharge connections, and servicing. Exact footprint and weight details are provided on the quotation drawing.
We supply common spare parts such as seals, bearings, ribbons and gearboxes. Preventative maintenance guidance and parts lists are provided, and technical support is available for installation, commissioning and troubleshooting.
