Beer Fermentation Tank

 

We are a traditional China producer of stainless steel fermentors for production of beer. We also produce wine fermentation tanks for the production of other similar isobaric beverages. We offer mainly tanks for production of beer, storage of beer, isobaric bottling into kegs or bottles and for other handling with beer. All tanks are produces of food stainless steel (AISI-304 or AISI-316 according to use parameters).All pressure vessels are produced in accordance with the strict European standards and guidelines for pressure vessels (EU Directive PED 97/23 / EC Pressure Equipment). We can produce the beer production tanks alternatively in accordance with standards of other countries (GHOST, GUM, TUV etc.)

Description:

The conical fermenter is a vessel designed to produce high-quality craft beer. Often referred to as an “Unitank” by brewers, the conical fermenter can be used for fermentation, maturation and sedimentation. With a special fitting, it can even serve as a brite tank for beer carbonation.What makes this beer fermentation tank special is its tall conical bottom. Thanks to its funnel shape, it separates and collects sediment. After the primary fermentation you can simply discharge the unwanted sediment, leaving the beer inside the tank.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
