HSF Multi-functional precast concrete hollow core slab/ Double Tbeam /Half slab production line
The production line consists of a sliding precast prestressed component forming machine, an all-in-one machine, a cutting machine, a hoisting device, a mixing system, a concrete conveying system, curing system, and a tensioning device. The precast components are produced by the forming machine on the supporting platform (The best applicable length is 120m~150m).
The forming machine moves on the platform, and the components are produced by material distribution, extrusion and vibration, and flattening. Just like a moving mold, the concrete can be made into the required shape by moving the equipment. The production line is continuous and uninterrupted. When the strength of the component reaches 70% of the design strength, the prestressed steel bar can be placed, and the component can be cut into required length by the cutting machine equipped with a diamond saw blade.

Hollow core slabs (HCS) probably are the most used precast elements. They can be used in the construction of any infrastructure
addressing a variety of activities such as Residential, Social, Industrial, Commercial, etc.
HCS can also be used as wall elements (partition walls or outside walls). It is also possible to make sandwich panels
Sandwich panels are composite panels used as elements for exterior walls and because of their structure can grant good thermal
and acoustic insulation. Sandwich panels are made of 3 layers:
–1.Hollow core slab – 2. Insulating material – 3. Outside solid slab
These panels can be produced with a slipforming machine (elements 1 and 3). The 3 layers are joined by means of steel elements
embedded in the concrete which run across the insulation material.
Precast Double T beam have traditionally been used in parking structures. Over the years, double T have been used more and more as floor and roof systems. They can be used for relatively short spans (9 or 12 meters) but find their main use in spans up to 30 meters. The application can cover gymnasiums, cafeterias, canteens, swimming pools, etc. Among thebenefits we can mention inherent fire resistance, speed of construction and sustainable design.
