Summary of product features
Traditional craftsmanship
By using internal molds, all violins are made in exactly the same way as a traditional Italian violin. For example, inside the violin body, all instruments feature a complete set of shaped conner wood structure, with a set of shaped lining, and the meticulously polished smooth bass bar. These strict adherence to traditional craftsmanship gives the violins a good structural strength and a guaranteed sound quality.
Optimized Measurements
With the experience of making violins for nearly 30 years, we have continuously fine-tuned some key dimensions through theoretical
research and practical verification to achieve better violin sound. For example, top/back board thickness distribution and arch
shape, sound hole position/length, sound bar length and mounting position, etc. These active explorations and attempts keeps
refining the sound and playing comfort of our instruments.
Precise Assembly
Violin assembly has a significant impact on the instrument quality, which is often overlooked by many manufacturers. A good
assembly can not only enhance the sound of the violin, but also increase the playability. All of our violins follow strict
assembly measurements requirements, which allows our customers to receive the instrument in its best condition. In our assembly
process, we will always make sure bridges are cut nicely to the desired thickness, fitted perfectly tight on the top plate. Some
of check point also includes: the effective string length, fretboard projection height, clean and smooth peg holes and etc.
Varnish
All of the varnish we use come from traditional recipes for violins making, and we offer our customers a wide range of options in terms of varnish color, texture, and even the technique to apply the varnish. For student-level instruments, while ensuring the light perception and color, we also pay special attention to the firmness and durability of the varnish surface, which provides great convenience for repair in rental programs. Not only do you have a wider color choice in our advanced level violins, but we also offer oil-based varnish and antique style for customization. These advanced varnish processes are time-consuming, but will give the instrument a richer tone and truly appealing texture.
Quality Management System
Good products are produced through a strict quality management system. In different component manufacture departments, we have clear quality acceptance criteria for the part products to ensure that each component meets the specifications before the final assembly of the violin. This quality management system brings us high quality consistency and stability for our instruments.
