The surface of the vacuum table is multi-zoned, which allows the operator to easily switch from full-plate processing to smaller part processing (requiring smaller segmented areas). The area can be easily closed by the control valve on the front of the machine. The gasket can also be wired to adapt to various material sizes and styles.It also includes a heavy-duty aluminum T-slot profile at multiple locations on the surface of the workbench. This T-slot can accommodate square M6 T-nuts.

The CNC router uses precision helical gear racks on the X and Y axis. The rack is installed upside down to help prevent dust and debris from accumulating on the drive system, thereby ensuring smooth movement and long-term reliability. The precision gearbox is directly connected to the stepper motor and pinion gear. This eliminates belt stretching errors and ensures high-speed processing while the system accurately positions the spindle.
