Product Application
We have developin gnew model multi-head cap embroidery machine. It is combined standard, garment and cap embroidery etc. It is breaking through lod weakness of multi head cap machine X.Y onlu using stepping motor. Adopting digital driving system X.Y servo motor, main time it has improving Y axis driving method. Machine will be working in more stable condition.
Main Features
1) It can embroidery on cap, ready garment and trousers etc different kind of fabric and different cusmoter requirement.
2) X.Y axis moving system use servo motor, increased pantograph moving quality and increased embroidery quality, machine noise has been decreased.
3) Y axis driving shaft adopting new system, rotary shaft torsion will be more balance, reduce thread breakage. Bread through upside dowm ususally driving method, pantograph moving is more stable.
4) Use brand new high speed ARM design, machine speed can reach 1000 RPM and more.
5) Machine with USB port, easy and convenient read and write design with USB memory.
