ZYS series rock drilling rigs are tunnel drilling and blasting excavation equipment, which can be widely used in various tunnels in railway, highway, water conservancy, metallurgy and other fields, as well as excavation and support operations in the construction of wells and culverts.
Intelligent precise positioning The equipment realizes the precise positioning of the rock drilling rig in the tunnel by using an integrated positioning and scanning device.
High quality and efficient drilling The equipment uses the blasting design drawing to import into the computer, and it can realize automatic drilling without the need for drawing points on the tunnel face. The parameters such as the angle, position and depth of the drilling are controlled by the computer of the equipment, and the drilling is accurate. The rock drill of this equipment has high power and fast drilling speed, and the fastest speed can reach 3~5m/min.
Advanced geological analysis The equipment monitors and collects parameters such as drilling pressure, drilling speed and drill pipe rotation speed in real time, and analyzes the geological conditions through the MWD software to optimize the blasting plan.
3D Contour Scan The device's scanner measures the inner surface profile of the blasted tunnel to form a "point cloud". Then the computer reconstructs the 3D contour, obtains data such as over and under excavation, and finally guides the optimization of blasting design after comparing the actual contour with the design contour value.
Good work environment The equipment is equipped with a fully enclosed cab, built-in operating air conditioner and driving air conditioner; at the same time, the noise in the cab is lower than 78dB, and the dust is low, which effectively reduces the occurrence of occupational diseases.
High degree of informatization The equipment has the function of automatic recording and storage of borehole logs, which provides a theoretical basis for the later geological analysis of the tunnel. The equipment has the function of automatically recording and storing 3D scan logs, which can be used to check the over-excavation and under-excavation, and can also calculate the amount of earth and stone for over-excavation and under-excavation. The equipment can be monitored remotely through the network, and the animation of the motion trajectory of the jumbo in any period of time can be generated. The equipment can view the value of each instrument of the jumbo in real time.
Strong adaptability The equipment can be used for full-section (including inverted arch), large-section, micro-step method and other excavation methods; The equipment can be used for hole operation and pipe shed operation in the hole. The equipment is equipped with automatic rod connecting device, which can realize advanced drilling.
Plateau Adaptation (Only Plateau Type Available) The equipment has a high-altitude environment adaptability design and can work efficiently in an environment with an altitude of ≤ 4500m and a temperature of -25~50°.
