CNC LATHE INTRODUCTION
This series slant bed CNC lathe is new type automatic machining equipment for metal processing, suitable for batch processing of shaft and plate work piece, with the main characters such as high efficiency, easy operating and high accuracy, this series lathe machine is mainly used for turning the internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface and other rotating surfaces, as well as turning various type of threads etc.

Detail display
Magnetic ring encoder
The spindle adopts a high-precision magnetic ring encoder and is detected by a laser interferometer. The C-axis accuracy reaches 10 angular seconds, effectively improving the rotation accuracy.
A2-6 Heavy duty spindle
Adopting a combination arrangement of large diameter precision angular contact thrust ball bearings and double row cylindrical roller bearings to ensure rigidity, optional power distribution spindle.
Hydraulic programming tailstock
The diameter of the tail stock sleeve is 80mm, the stroke is 80mm, and the taper of the tail stock sleeve is MT5. It is a fully automatic hydraulic programmable tail stock.
