Straightening & Cutting Machine for MI Cable (HAN-999)
Key Description:
- Pause: Power indicator lamp
- Manual/Automatic: Manual switch on the left, automatic switch on the right.
- Manual/Cutting: Motor start switch; stop on the left, start on the right.
- Pause: Power switch.
- Backward: Manually move the material backward in manual state, used when retracting.
- Forward: Manually move the material forward in manual state, used when loading the line.
- Cutting: Manually cut off, press the material in motor starting state to cut off the material, and cut the wire manually before cutting it.
The data on the control panel can be adjusted according to actual needs.
Counter Setting Method:
- Turn on the power, LED display will turn on.
- Press "zero" and then "RST" to reset.
- Press "SET" to enter the parameter settings LED display.
- Press "ENT" again until you return to the boot interface—this completes the setup.
Cold End Length Adjustment:
- Twist the cold end length adjustment screw to lengthen the cold end length.
- Twist the cold end length adjustment screw out to shorten the cold end length.
Depth Adjustment of Groove:
- Twist the cold end depth cutting adjustment screw in to make the cold end depth shallower.
- Twist the cold end depth cutting adjustment screw out to deepen the cold end depth.
