It is used for automatic detection and alignment of various shaft equal radial runout (TIR). The self-developed automatic detection and intelligent adjustment algorithm for various shaft products is adopted to realize fast alignment. The precision micro displacement sensor is used to measure the accuracy of 1 μ m. Through the machine self-learning algorithm, quickly master the adjustment parameters of different material shaft core, realize intelligent rapid change and automatically adjust the parameters to adapt to the new batch of products.
