Structure:
The equipment is a liquid storage containers, composed of reducer, stirring paddle and the material valve, disc thermometer and other components.
Single layer
the inner layer: adapts stainless steel plate SS304 or 316L material, and the surface mirror polishing.
Double jacket
the jacket: made of SS304 steel, spiral jacket device, cold water from the bottom up without pressure, to achieve the purpose of the best heating and cooling.
Three layers
the external insulation layer: the environmental polyurethane foam casting/ perlite particles, maintaining the temperature difference with the outside, to the effect of insulation.
Reducer
Reducer output shaft connected with the stirring paddle, the use of looper connection, easy disassemble and cleaning.
Additional devices
Sterile respirator, sterile sampling port, manhole/cover, inlet and outlet, thermometer, CIP cleaning spray balls, Liquid level gauge, ladder, (Other special customized requirements from customers are acceptable.)

A.Top entry
To be used both in open cover atmospheric pressure tank and sealed with manhole vacuum/positive pressure tank.
B.Bottom entry
It is outstanding when the liquid level in the tank gets very low during operation, or the space is limited. What is more, strong vortex as well as aeration is greatly reduced with the bottom mounted mixers.
Type A: suitable for materials that are easy to mix and have no requirement for fineness.
Type B: applied to vacuum / pressure tank, mechanical seal is installed on the shaft to prevent liquid / gas leakage. Type C: more suitable for materials that are not easy to mix and have requirement for fineness. Type D: installed at the bottom of the tank and is usually used with overhead mixer together.
