PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Sunswell Beer Complete Line - Our filling system for beer satisfies your requirements exactly and, with its high capacity, fully meets your expectations. From filling via pasteurizing, labeling, packing and palletizing to the necessary inspection equipment, we are a one-stop shop for the whole line.
The machine for glass bottle integrates the function of rinsing, filling and capping together. Based on advanced technology overseas, and designed according to filling processing demands of beer, carbonated drinks and soda water to be one of the advanced filling production lines.
Working process
- Bottle enters rinsing part of 3-in-1 machine via screw conveyor chain.
- Filling valve, controlled by cam, moves up and down.
- Valve opens and begins filling when it moves down and touches bottleneck.
- Valve moves up and leaves bottleneck after filling.
- Full bottle transferred to capping part via hold neck transition poking wheel.
- Guard plate ensures bottle remains upright without rotating.
- Screw capping head undergoes revolution and autorotation.
- Completes entire capping process, including catching, pressing, screwing, and discharging, through action of cam.
- Full bottle transferred to bottle outlet conveyor for next process via poking wheel.

Sunswell glass bottles are designed to be sealed exactly – with a metal pry off cap, a Roll On Pilfer Proof (ROPP) cap, or a standard (non pilfer proof) twist top cap. Our bottles can also be corked, and a swing top cap option is also available, as is a child resistant cap for customers with this requirement.
