SK840A consists of hot / cold cover gluing, automatic water adding, cover vacuum suctioning, soft light reflecting, center
positioning, cover corner cutting, cardboards thickness quick adjusting and reciprocating automatic edge fold system. Glue part can use both animal glue (hot) and cold glue. One unskilled worker can operate the machine.
It is suitable for multi-species, short to medium run and wide range of materials to make hard covers for hard cover books,
albums, notebooks and photobooks etc., includes small and thin books and extra thick books. It is not only suitable for the common hard cover papers, but also suitable for leather, library buckram and other materials.
SK840A can also produce butterfly-fold binding books and calendar stands with simple accessories.

Glue rollers are made of copper alloy which ensure the glue well distributed.
Animal glue is melted by water tray, and the glue speed can be adjusted.

High speed optical fiber detection controls the length and position of the paper feeding accurately, reciprocating automatic edge
