The power plug can be matched with Zebiao British standard European standard American standard and other foreign conversion plugs according to user needs.

Cycle time controller setting: the first two digits control the production speed.

The red letter 0.1S represents time, in seconds. Other letters S H M on the controller are not available.

The last two digits fine-tune the diameter of the product

The first two digits can be adjusted from 01 to 09, the smaller the number, the higher the production efficiency, the larger the number, the slower the production speed.

The last two digits can be used to fine-tune the diameter of the product. The adjustable range is 01~04. The smaller the number, the smaller the diameter of the product. The larger the number, the larger the diameter of the product. The normal standard is set to 02

Note the red letters: 0.1S represents 0.1 seconds. The time unit of 0.1S must be selected. Wrong operation and setting the controller time to other letters S H M may cause the electromagnetic motor to burn out. The time unit must be 0.1S.

Coagulant configuration:

Coagulation solution configuration: 1 kg of soft water or (purified water) + 5 g of calcium chloride or (calcium lactate), lightly stir it to melt for use

Raw material slurry configuration: 500 grams of purified water + 5-6 grams of alginic acid. You can add 3 grams of sodium citrate if you make popcorn and pop beads. You don't need to add it when you make solid products

Stir evenly with a high-speed stirrer, and then let it settle for several hours until the liquid is clear and has no foam and no bubbles. Then add 30 ml of mint syrup "or rose syrup or freshly squeezed fruit juice" + 30 fructose and stir gently by hand. Be careful not to stir with the machine to avoid bubbles.

Put the coagulation liquid on the bottom of the machine

Pour the slurry into the hopper of the machine and start the green button switch

If the dripping product is particularly large, you need to adjust the distance between the motor hook on the top of the machine and the funnel round handle. Use iron tongs to adjust the handle of the hopper. Adjust it downwards (breaking) to reduce the diameter of the product, and adjust upwards (breaking) to increase the diameter of the product. If the product that comes out is not shaped, you can also use iron tongs to adjust the handle of the feeding hopper up and down if it has a tail.

Note: The top of the machine is connected to the connecting rod hook of the electric motor and the round button at the tail of the hopper lever

The distance between the two is the key to adjust the diameter of the product

By adjusting the distance between the two sections up and down through the iron pliers, the diameter of the product and the irregularity of the product can be effectively adjusted

The diameter of the product can also be adjusted by adding a sponge gasket to increase or decrease the distance between the two.

Note: Inside the stainless steel funnel. The raw materials should always be kept at about 1/2, and the raw material capacity should be kept at about half of the funnel.

If too much material is added at one time, the product will be unstable and the burst beads will be relatively large. Only a small amount of raw materials will remain in the hopper near the end of production, and the diameter of the burst beads produced will be relatively small.

Customers with special needs require products with a diameter of more than 10 mm
