The processing of alluvial gold primarily relies on gravity separation techniques to recover gold and other heavy minerals from raw ore. Alluvial Gold Washing Plant Without Sticky Clay
Ore Type: Alluvial gold without sticky clay

Processing Steps:
- Trommel Screen: Wash raw ore to remove clay and separate gravel/stones without gold. Waste material is transferred away by belt conveyor.
- Jig Machine: Captures large gold particles (2–20mm) or nuggets. The sluice box provides additional recovery of gold particles.
- Shaking Table: Processes concentrates from the jig machine to separate sand and improve gold recovery.
This washing plant is ideal for alluvial gold ores without sticky clay. For ores with significant sticky clay, a trommel scrubber is recommended. Capacity can be customized to suit requirements (e.g., 10 TPH, 50 TPH, 100 TPH, etc.).
