The COMPOUND potato chip production line is a fully automatic composite potato chip production line newly developed by genyond. It includes full-process automation processes such as raw material mixing and stirring, dough pressing,
printing and forming, frying forming, seasoning, cooling and conveying. Complete the entire production process from powdered raw materials to finished potato chips; at the same time, with the newly developed automatic crushing and recycling mechanism and oil residue filtering mechanism developed by Haitel, it realizes the recycling and reuse of scraps and the function of oil residue filtering, which effectively improves the raw materials. The utilization rate reduces the production cost of potato chips.

Stackable potato chips production line is a type of manufacturing system designed to produce potato chips that are shaped in such a way that they can be stacked on top of one another without breaking or crumbling.
The production line typically includes several components, including a potato flakes, potato starch mixing machine, a potato dough sheeting machine, a rotaty cutting machine, a deep fryer, a seasoning system, and a packaging machine.
The potato chips are typically pressing into uniform thickness dough sheet using the rotary mold cutting machine, the chips ar then deep-fried in oil until they are crispy and golden brown.

After frying, the chips are seasoned with various flavorings, such as salt, cheese, barbecue, or sour cream and onion. The
seasoning can be applied using a dry seasoning system.

Finally, the chips are packaged in bags or containers and are ready to be sold to consumers. The stackable design of the chips allows them to be neatly arranged in the packaging, which makes them more attractive to consumers and easier to store.
