Operating Instruction

Step 1 Connect the three ports at the back of the machine, from left to right, respectively, the air pipe, the foot and the plug.

Step 2 Press the start button and to see whether the button is rotated. And the red button on the right is used to pause the machine.

Step 3 Put the badge cover, the paper and plastic film into mold A in turn, the badge cover is at the bottom, the plastic film is at the top. Please pay attention to:badge cover need sharp side down.

Step 4 Put the badge rear back in mold B. Please put the front and back on the correct place, the pin side should face the mold B.

Attention!

When the pin of the upper mold is in the middle position, the corresponding downward press should be mold A.

When the pin of the upper mold is in the ending position, the corresponding downward press should be mold B. 

When the machine is turned on, there are two operation modes to choose from, the one on the left is manual mode and the one on the right is automatic mode. And you can press Automatic interface button or Manual interface to switch between the two modes. 
 

In manual mode, there are four buttons on the operation interface.

When you press Riveting button, the upper mold will press down, and when you press the button again, the upper mold will move back.

When you press Discharge button, the sucker grabs the badge, and when you press the button again, the sucker takes out the badge.
 

Stir Position button is used to switch the pin position of the upper mold.

Rotary table button controls the rotation of the turntable.

In automatic mode, you can operate in two ways.

The first one is to press the Automatic button and use with the foot pedal.

Another choice is to press the Automatic button, then press the Cycle button, and finally press the Start button to open the automatic mode.

If you want to turn off the machine, press the button again to cancel, and finally press the on key to turn off the power.
 

If a fault occurs, please perform the following steps.

Step 1: In the automatic mode interface, press the Emergency stop button. Step 2: Check whether the Automatic and Cycle buttons are on, if so, press to close again. Step 3: Return to the manual mode interface and press the Riveting button. Step 4: Return to the automatic mode interface,cancel the Emergency stop button after returning to normal.
