1. Rice Milling: Rice enters the machine through the feed port and enters the rice milling area, where it is clamped by two iron rollers. One roller remains fixed while the other can be adjusted to control the degree of rice milling. Rotation of the rollers squeezes and deforms the grains, separating the outer husk from the inner grains.
2. Selection: Rice grains and husks pass through the wind separator together. Gravity and resistance cause the separation of rice husks and grains, achieving the selection process.
3. Discharge: Selected rice grains are discharged from the machine through the discharge port, while rice husks are blown out of the machine via the wind separator. This working principle of the double duct iron roller rice mill enables efficient rice processing, significantly enhancing processing efficiency and rice quality.
