 01  High-strength Blade

1.The blades are made of high-strength alloy tool steel, which offers high hardness and wear resistance. The blade edges can be repeatedly sharpened for extended use.2.The main shaft knife holders and knife bodies are made of quenched and tempered 45# steel.3.The blade material is CR12MOV, with a hardness of 57-59 degrees.

 02  Soundproofing Design

The feeding hopper is equipped with a double-layer soundproofing structure, with soundproofing materials filled in between. This design effectively reduces noise levels.

 03  Chamber Cooling System

Machines with a power of 30HP or higher come standard with a cooling system for the machine casing. This system effectively reduces the temperature of the grinding chamber and bearings, preventing material fusion and extending the lifespan of the bearings.

 04  Electrical components

The equipment adopts electrical components from globally renowned brand Siemens, ensuring performance stability and providing a high level of safety and reliability.

Optional Accessories List

The Xiecheng flake type plastic crusher also offers flexible configuration options to meet the diverse needs of different users and achieve better crushing results and material collection. For models with a power of 75HP or above, the feeding hopper and screen frame support are equipped with a cylinder system, which is included as a standard configuration. For other models, you have the option to add or exclude this cylinder system based on your requirements. Additionally, automatic recycling and automatic powder screening systems are available as optional configurations to further enhance the functionality of the crusher.
