Hyde 5BG continuous seed chemical treaters (seed coating machines) are widely used for seed treatment with chemicals, typically fertilizers, antimicrobials, fungicides, or pesticides. The chemical dressing agent is applied on the
grain a uniform layer in a continuous flow. Several seed dressing agents can be dosed at the same time. All metal parts
that directly contact with chemical agents are made of stainless steel. Hyde 5BG continuous seed treater is an
important seed processing equipment, widely used for dressing maize, cotton seed, wheat, paddy, beans, vegetable
seeds, forage seeds before planting. - Environmental friendly as using pesticides at very small amount. - Add color to
seeds, less attractive to birds.   
 

 

Working Principle.

(1) Seed feeding: impeller type feeder and level sensor.
(2) Dressing liquid dosing: liquid tank, metering pump, three-way valve.
(3) Seed chemical treating chamber with seed distribution and chemical-spray rotating disc
(4) Cleaning brush of chamber
(5) Secondary mixer with rotating paddle
(6) Electric control system
