The material is 304 stainless steel drum Note: Standard with beater drum 1. The beater motor is driven by DC motor, which can realize 0-300 RPM stepless speed regulation, energy saving, large torque output. The motor has passed 50,000 hours service life test, and the quality is reliable and stable.


 

2. The mixer frame adopts DC01 cold-rolled plate and adopts CNC bending machine to form once, effectively controlling the bending accuracy, making the overall structure integrated, effective waterproof and stable
structure. Through degreasing and rust polishing surface treatment, the fuselage can have good welding and spraying performance in high and low temperature environment. The surface spraying adopts high temperature powder electrostatic spraying, so that the structure surface presents matte high-level texture, no ash storage and easy care, anti-paint. More solid, durable, smoother
running.


 

3. The beating drum and stirring rod are made of 304 stainless steel, with nickel content ≥8% and chromium content ≧18%. The material has good corrosion resistance, heat resistance, low temperature strength and mechanical properties; Stamping, bending and other hot processing good, no heat treatment hardening phenomenon.


 

4. The beater drive and speed control system adopts infinite speed change, and the motor is stepless speed control of 0 ~ 300 RPM, which solves the problem that only a single speed of the constant speed mixer can not meet the mixing requirements of various mixed liquid materials through speed regulation and affect the mixing quality and mixing time is too long.


 

5. Anti-leakage plug, waterproof switch.
