Structure and working principle
1. Chassis: the drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic crawler traveling chassis, which changes the situation that some
drilling rigs need to be moved manually.
2. Control system: hydraulic control system switch, drilling power unit forward and reverse and inching. The manual control valve
controls the hydraulic cylinder to realize the angle adjustment of the drill, the lifting, drilling and walking of the drill. At
the same time, remote control and manual drilling control can be selected.
3. Hydraulic system: diesel power is used to drive the pump station. (It can also be changed to motor)
4. Drill frame structure: the drill frame adopts three sliding blocks to form the main outer frame of the drill frame, and the
main hydraulic cylinder connects the auxiliary sliding blocks of the drill frame to form reciprocating motion; The auxiliary slide
block of the drill frame is connected by two auxiliary hydraulic cylinders to the third slide block of the drill frame to form
reciprocating motion. The two items can be superimposed to meet the demand of loading 2 meters of drill pipe.
5. Drilling angle: the angle of the drill frame is controlled and adjusted by the hydraulic cylinder, which can achieve 35-120
degree construction (- 120 degree is a special requirement).
